The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a historic building with a small, bright living room, two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern, stylish bathroom. The floors are epoxy. There is a large terrace with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. You can sit on the balcony at sunset or have breakfast in the morning.
You are surrounded by many great restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, and nightclubs, close enough to walk, but you also enjoy the silence at night.

You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in the apartment. You have two large rooms with a double bed (140×200) and a large sofa bed (160×200), clean linen for all guests, 24-hour hot water, a heating system, fire extinguishing equipment, a hairdryer, satellite TV, DVD, air conditioning, wireless internet connection, an iron and ironing board, a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, and drinking water.

Any kind of filming, such as videos, photos, and movies, etc., can be done in my apartment. For this type of use, please notify us of your intended purpose and get a price before renting the apartment. Otherwise, the necessary legal actions will be taken.
