Newly renovated two-bedroom, top-floor residence with a marvelous view of historic Istanbul and the Istanbul Bosphorus, located in the heart of Cihangir.
Thoughtfully designed to host up to 5 guests, our 120 square meter home features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, and ample closet space.
Easy access to tram and metro stations. A 7-minute walk to Taksim Square, and a 5-minute walk to Kabataş ferry docks to visit all major historical sites in under 10 minutes.

The Space

The 120 square meter apartment area is located on the 5th floor, and the building has an elevator.
Balcony in the bedroom with views of the Galata Tower, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and the Bosphorus.
There is a view of the Maiden’s Tower from the reverse balcony connected to the living room.
Unlimited wireless internet connection throughout the apartment (100 Mbts). Apple TV, cable TV.
Dishwasher, Washer/dryer
Air conditioning unit in the living room and the master bedroom.
Hot water and heating provided by a private boiler 24/7 in the apartment.
All linens, towels (bath and hand), and duvets are available based on the number of guests.
Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and clothes hangers are available.
One 19LT bottle will be available for each stay. However, you can order as many as you want for a cost.

LIVING ROOM:
A sofa that can open up into a single extra bed (please use the linens if it will be used this way). Smart TV, cable TV, wireless internet connection, Apple TV, and Netflix are available. A table to entertain you and your family/guests for dinner or to serve as a workstation. A high chair for your baby can be provided, as long as you request it.

LARGER BEDROOM:
The bright bedroom has a queen-size (160×200) bed and a large, modern wardrobe with LED lights. Blackout curtains for sleeping. A portable crib can be provided, as long as it is specified before your arrival.

SMALLER BEDROOM:
Queen-size (160×200) trundle bed that you can use as a sofa for extra living room space, a large modern wardrobe, and open hanging space.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen includes a cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher (detergent provided), a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, a teapot, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.
19 Lt. of drinking water will be available in the kitchen when you check in.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has instant hot water 24/7 from the private boiler and includes basic toiletries such as soap, toilet paper, and hand towels. It has Bosch aspiration.

LAUNDRY ROOM: It features the latest model Electrolux brand washer and dryer. Iron, ironing board, and hangers will be available.
